Sign in with Google or Microsoft and connect the ad and analytics accounts your organisation uses, such as Google Ads, Meta or GA4, with the logins you already have. Nothing is copied, nothing is changed on the platforms.
Invite your people
Add colleagues with their work address and share accounts with them, one by one or all at once. Everyone sees the accounts their own login reaches, plus whatever the organisation shares with them. Nothing else.

Per-person sign-in, organisation sharing
Nobody shares a password and nobody uses a service account. Each person signs in with Google or Microsoft and sees the accounts their own login reaches, plus what an admin of your organisation shares with them. Take someone out of the organisation and their access goes with them.
Read-only on every advertising platform
Nothing Upbuild does can change a budget, a campaign, a tag or an audience. The only things it ever writes are the exports you schedule yourself, into the warehouse, storage bucket or spreadsheet you chose.
Versions and private links
Every dashboard and every export keeps numbered versions you can restore. Dashboards are shared by view-only links that need no Upbuild account and no platform login, and each one shows only the data Upbuild put in it.
Your data stays yours
Upbuild keeps only what your dashboards, chats, exports and alerts need to run, and deletes it when you close the organisation. What is stored, for how long and with whom is spelled out in the privacy policy, written for the questions a security review asks.
