How an export works
An export comes down to the data, the accounts, when it runs and where it goes. Describe it all in a prompt, and Upbuild AI handles every run from then on.
Start with a backfill that loads all the historical data. After that, your schedules keep it up to date, for example every morning for the past week and once a month for a full refresh.
Pick accounts one by one, or with a simple rule such as every account whose name starts with "Northwind". New accounts that match are added before the next run.
Done. Paid media daily runs at 06:00 every day and loads the history from January 2023 first.

Change it
Every export has its own chat panel, "Ask about this export", with Upbuild AI built in. It already knows the data, the accounts, the schedules and the destination, so one short prompt is enough to change any of them.
Run the export now, pause or resume it, retry just the accounts that did not come through, make a copy, or share it with a colleague.
Every change is saved as a numbered version, with who made it and what changed. Looking at an older version changes nothing until you press Restore.

What you get
Upbuild does the whole job for you. It collects the data from each platform, account by account. It puts it into tidy rows and columns, labels every row with the account it came from, and loads it into your table. That is a complete marketing data pipeline, and all you did was write a prompt.
Upbuild adds the account ID, the account name and the time the data was collected to every row. This means many accounts can share one table, and you always know whose numbers you are looking at.
Numbers are always stored with room for decimals, so a column never breaks when a value changes from a whole number to a decimal. Dates and times are recognised automatically.

Setting one up
The app walks you through each step: the data, the accounts, when it runs, where it goes, then a preview of the result. Or skip the form and write a prompt instead. Upbuild AI fills in the same steps one question at a time, and saves each answer as you go.
Start from data you already use, in a dashboard or in an answer you saved from chat. Then pick the accounts, or set a rule that finds them for you. You only ever see the accounts you have been given access to.
Add one schedule or several, each with its own time and date range, and choose how far back the history should go. Then choose where the data goes: a table in your data warehouse, a file in cloud storage or a tab in a spreadsheet.
Before anything is written, you see the columns your table will get. Anything unfinished is saved as a draft, and drafts never run, so a half-built export never touches your table by accident.
Straight answers
Plain answers for you, and for anyone on your team who will use the data.
Each account is handled on its own, so a problem with one account never holds up the others. A platform that is slow to answer never counts as a failure. When the run ends, the email lists any accounts that did not come through, in the platform's own words, and Retry runs just those. A run that fails completely changes nothing in your table.
One export runs for every account you point it at and puts all their data in one table. Upbuild spreads the work out, so everything else you run on those accounts keeps working as normal. If anything is interrupted, it picks up where it left off. It works just as well with 3,000+ ad and analytics accounts, and with 100+ dashboards refreshing on the same connections the exports use.
Yes. Upbuild collects the data from every platform and puts it into tidy rows and columns. Each row is labelled with its account and the time it was collected, then loaded into your table. When a platform updates the numbers for a past day, the export can update that day in your table instead of adding it twice. Security and control
Upbuild connects to your data warehouse, cloud storage or spreadsheets with your own login, with a key from your IT team, or with access to only the dataset or folder you choose. It creates the table if it is missing, and never deletes a table it did not create. Your ad accounts are safe too: Upbuild only reads them and never changes anything.
